Ultimate Plus Paint Protection Film (PPF)
When it comes to protecting your paint and keeping your vehicle as pristine as possible, Ultimate Plus Paint Protection film (PPF) from Xpel can't be beat! This is a thick, crystal-clear barrier film that we apply over painted surfaces of your vehicle to keep it fresh swirl free and unchipped.
Clear PPF really has no equal, as wipe-on coatings don't come close to offering the same level of protection. While the ceramic coatings are excellent for keeping a no-wax finish, and we love their hydrophobic qualities, they are not thick enough to stop the rocks. Leather and vinyl style car bras provide the barrier, but with a very different aesthetic.

Full Body PPF Installations
For the owner who wants truly the best in entire-vehicle paint protection, we offer our full body PPF service. Every painted panel and able surface is covered in barrier protection and edge wrapped. You get the same level of protection, easy care, and peace of mind over your entire vehicle and for many years to come. Full Body PPF is a winning choice on exotics and classics, and also for every owner who values a pristine exterior to a high level. You can be assured that the day-to-day scuffs and scrapes will be skin-deep and even healed in the added barrier layer when the sun comes out.
The process takes up to week and your car will be up on lifts the entire time as we work over its entirety inch by inch. We remove handles, trim, and badges as is required for installation of our thick clear material, and then we refasten back to spec. Full Body PPF is a big project and we take every step to make sure the result will be excellent. This includes paint correction as needed for a sparkling and satisfying finish.
The result is of course invisible, but the beauty of your vehicle will shine through agelessly as time goes on.
Stealth (Matte) Paint Protection
If you are looking at full body PPF for your vehicle, you also have the option to go matte/stealth in the same high quality product line. This can create a very interesting (and protective!) signature look, as light reflects differently across this film and gives your vehicle softer lines and an intriguing finish.
Matte PPF can be a nice alternative to our color-changing wraps for the owner who wants something custom but with more longevity and more damage protection. (Vinyl will give some protection, but nothing beats the purpose-made product of course.) It's a luxurious and elegant look that will last.
For vehicles with matte or satin paint from the factory, we of course can use this film for clear bra or full front end coverage as well.

Paint Correction Comes First, When Needed
Before we put your paint "under glass" so to speak, it will need to be cleaned within an inch of its life and some paint correction may be warranted. For new cars that arrive straight to our shop from the factory (like Teslas), it will be cleaning only prior to material application. On vehicles that have seen some miles, this detail work will include thoroughly cleaning the pores of the paint and removing embedded contaminants.
We do not repair paint chips or major defects if they are present, but those can be addressed separately before bringing the car to us if they are significant. All the more reason to put as few miles on the car as possible before the appointment.
This preparation phase is one that help us get the absolute best result for your front end, and so we don't skimp on the elbow grease. It's all in the details!

When Do You Need Clear Paint Protection?
